Yes. See registration for team heat times. To register for a team, the first person will need to register a team name. The other 3 people will then type that name in the team box when they register and choose the team from the drop down menu that matches. They will then be added to that team. Each person then pays for themselves. The person that registers a team also has the choice to add the other 3 people themselves to the team and pay for the group. Teams will not be able to compete with less than 4 people. Team heats can be men, women, or co-ed.
Teams will start one at a time, staggered to avoid waiting at obstacles. Teams do not need to stay together but the team’s time is based on the last member to finish. There is a benefit to staying together as it allows you to help one another, therefore improving your time.
Yes, we will have a Junior heat for children ages 8-15.
Although both the individual open (non-competitive) and competitive division are both timed, the open division is more for people who want to complete the course as a personal challenge, either solo or with friends. It is for those that want to push themselves, to test themselves, without the pressure of competition. It’s great for those that want to have fun doing something that they may have not considered before. The individual competitive division is timed, obstacles must all be completed and the competitor with the fastest time is awarded.
The earlier you register, the less expensive it is. Spots fill up quick and once the event is sold out, we will not allow any additional participants.

These fitness challenges are a fun way to test and challenge yourself. They are individual challenges that you can use to see how you stack up against others or as a way to beat your time/distance/rep count, etc. These include the timed 40yd dash, the Peg board, Cliff hanger, Carry, Load and Drag, the Fingal Finger and CG sequences. There is no additional cost to do these. Prizes will be awarded to the top finisher in each.
For the individual open division, it’s okay to pass an obstacle. You are doing this for your personal benefit and we hope that you use the opportunity to push yourself. However, if you are uncomfortable doing an obstacle, or cannot complete it, you can always go around it. For the individual competitive division, you must complete all obstacles for your time to be eligible.
Yes, we will have medical personnel on site for safety reasons.
